"Class-action lawsuits against mobile telephone providers and manufacturers over radiation emissions will be able to go forward,reports Reuters. The high court rejected hearing an appeal by companies like Nokia and Cingular Wireless challenging a decision by a US appeals court that reinstated the lawsuits that argued manufacturers knew about and hid the risks of radiation emissions mobile phones posed to users."

During this years I never understood why researchers never got as curious to study the effects of mobile phones radiation as they research about any other thing (but we all can guess why, cant we?). This is certainly a case to follow close - eventually we will know more about hidden research on this area, because it exists ;)
